Cancellation & refund policy
Plans change, and we understand that. Because we reserve transport, staff and activities in advance, refunds depend on how early you cancel.
- The $250 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
- These refund rules apply to guests who have paid in full and cannot attend.
- With our approval, you can transfer your booking to another person.
- In some cases you can reschedule your trip, depending on availability.
